"Do It Yourself Horse Race Night" party will bring your guests all the fun and excitement of the races but in the comfort of your own venue. Whether promotional or charity fundraising, you are backing a real winner for birthday game evening bringing all the excitement of a day at Kempton Park or Epsom!

All our races have close finishes with the winner being in doubt right up to the post. Your guests really will have something to shout about as they watch their selections battle it out...on the flat and over the fences!

What's Involved...

The runners and riders are introduced on the screen, after which, the "punters" are free to try their luck! Your tote staff will be on hand to take bets, whilst your enthusiastic MC cajoles the guests into parting with their money.

Races are normally run between dinner courses and / or after dinner. Your MC will introduce the event prior to the first race, explaining how it all works. Fun Money and Racecards are handed out by your Tote Sellers as the MC reads through the 'runners and form' for Race One. Betting then begins in whichever form has been chosen for your event. Two minutes before 'the off' a preview of the horses going down to post is shown on the screen and the last few wagers are concluded.

To help keep your guests involved, you 'pay out' for 1st 2nd and 3rd places, with extra cash also for the owners of those horses. Winnings are collected following each race and confirmation of the result and payout dividends. Following a short break (or the next course of dinner) your MC returns ready to introduce the next race.

At the end of the evening, winnings are totalled and prizes can be awarded to the most successful 'punters'.

Once the final race is run, all the accumulated money is banked and totalled, with a prize awarded to the team, or individuals, who have won the most money.

Winners at our past events have been presented with trophies, certificates, medals, bottles of champagne, hampers, DVD players and even holidays abroad!

Fun Money: (Extra Cost)

Your guests play with Fun Money (or money personalised with your company logo and text). The aim is to win the most fun money throughout the evening, the players winning the highest sums are given prizes at the evening's conclusion. The fun money can, if you wish, be purchased during the evening for a small donation to a charity of your choice.
